inserting External links in catagories ares

I am wondering if someone could point me to the right file/s to amend.

in http://yourdomain.com/clients/cart.php you have a list of catagories that take visitors to whichever products they chose.

I have an external site that sell SSL certs, so i am looking for the file where i can change the catagory link for my SSL, so that anyone clicking on this would be taken to my external site

what lines do i amend or add extra
