Error on client side afer installation

I just finished my install and I'm getting errors. When you try to login or submit a ticket I get a message that says:

w-w-w.mydomain.com has sent in incorrect or unexpected message. Error Code: - 12263

Any suggestions?

Looks like your SSL certificate is not functioning correctly.

I have not installed my SSL yet, is this mandatory?

Also I tried it at another location today and got "page cannot be found" error when I tied to submit a ticket or access the client login area.

I also sent a support ticket - but I will use the board now as I it is useful to see other errors and find the fixes here. Thanks

It is all fixed. It was the issue with my SSL config under General. Thank you so much for your help and great support.
