WHMCS and Kayako error

Hello,

I have recently got a trial for Kayko, which I have used before. Now, I have set the integration files as was specified on the Kayako and WHMCS Wiki's.

I have set it all up, and set the WHMCS support system to Kayako, and now I get the following error when I goto any ticket related items.


WHMCS Core Error: Unable to continue, Login Failed

Any help ?

Has there been any movement on resolving this? I have tried over and over, following the integration steps to the letter and I continue to get the same error.

I have seen WHMCS pointing fingers at Kayako and Kayako pointing fingers at WHMCS. I just need a solid answer on how to fix this, please.
