I have independent sales reps, and I need to implement a CRM-ish tool yesterday to contact data can being to come into focus.
1) What would it take to limit customer information by sales rep so a rep cannot see anything outside of their own activity?
2) Is there some other CRM tool that will integrate with WHMCS that can provide easy contact management and sales-rep specific to-dos?
I don't want to go away from WHMCS, but I need to find a CRM solution that can integrate with or do billing.
