Quick Question about Upgrading and Downgrading

Hi guys i wonder if anyone can help me with this.

Iv been doing alot of testing resently and have come accross a problem.

When a customer orders a product like web hosting package using the custom WHMCS addon and wants to upgrade or down grade. How can i make it so that if they downgrade they do not get credited.

Admin > Setup > General > Other >

Credit On Downgrade Tick this box to provide a prorata refund to clients when downgrading for unused time

That the only are I know of that deals with downgrade credit.
