changing the new user registration landing page

When a new user signs up they land on the invoice page. How can I change this to say the portal home page?

There are three options to choose from in Setup > General Settings > Ordering tab. Unfortunately the portal page is not one of them.

That is actually for checkout. I am referring to registration only. http://yoursite.com/whmcs/register.php

For example I want to be able to have users sign up for the affiliate program. This means I will have people sign up who are not purchasing. The people who sign up end up on the page showing their invoices. Slightly confusing.
