I'm setting up a MX hosting welcome letter. In it, we give instructions for an DNS A record for mail. to point to the service server IP. We thought this would report the main IP address of the server the account was setup on instead of the designated shared IP. How can we dynamically report in our welcome email, the server's main IP so that it points to the server's email server IP.
We use a separate IP for all cpanel traffic, exim, ftp services.
