no its for credit cards but free

Actually, the existing paypal module is for the Website Payments Standard. Website Payments Standard is the normal PayPal process, which includes Buy Now buttons, Add to Cart buttons, and custom cart integration (which is what is already in WHMCS). They don't have to have a paypal account to use it either, just a credit card. Although not sure about subscriptions.

Some one else correct me if I'm wrong.

Yep, you are right ssustar, and it also deals with subscriptions too.
