hi,
I have set up email piping with the second way, email tickets open fine.
But i have a problem with greek chars.
At the email witch sent to admin when a ticket opens, greek chars appear like ??? , and latin ( english ) appers fine. If i change the encoding to my email client to greek form utf8, the greek chars apperas fine.
But at the backend, the greek chars does not apper at all - only english chars.
I face this problem only at the email support tickets, all the others are working fine.
I use utf8 encoding both at whmcs and db.
