The cPanel Server Module allows you to:

DirectAdmin

answer : i think it is ,easy to navigate , and nice interface.

Amswer : it works nice , creates accounts , suspends accounts and terminate them just like it works with cpanel.

In my honest opinion i would use PLESK for shared hosting accounts as it easier to use and disable domains that use your service.

I would use CPANEL for dedicated / semi-dedicated packages as this gives the user more control than plesk does and it loads much faster.

well the mean use will be web hosting , what about e-mail ?

I use Plesk 8 on Windows Server 2003 and WHMCS works very well with Plesk. As far as e-mail I use Smartermail for my email which has worked very well for me and I hardly get any spam.
