Hey,
I don't know if this possible but I'm sure it is as it's in other ordering system. Anyways I think WHMCS should have a table right under the selected plan and addon called Total: and display the actual total of everything inculding addons and the plan selected. This would be on step 3 or 4, the Confirm Order page, so the client knows how much the plan is with out guessing a number and contacting sales...
