Package Import

Not sure if this is stated or possible right now, however, if possible I am overlooking it.

I would like the ability to import the hosting packages off the server, instead of having to recreate them via the admin area. Would save time for future.

Yes this would be nice. Import or Export them from the system it self so we can do it all from the system.

I'm not sure if this would really save that much time. All the import script could do would be to import the WHM limits, so you would then need to go through manually editing all the imported packages entering a display name for the order form, description, selecting the welcome email, entering pricing information and configuring the automated setup so would it really save that much time?

Also, if you own a dedicated server, there is no need to create your packages in WHM at all. Creating them just in WHMCS will work fine and there will be no need to set them up in WHM aswell - on a reseller account you may need to if your host has set "Disallow creation of accounts with packages that are not global or owned by this user" but most hosts will probably disable this if asked and then it is the same for resellers.

I agree that it may not be needed, but a nce feature. If it simple to add in then it would draw attention. It is one more feature to compete with others that do it. Your price is great, but features is what brings in clients.
