Announcements titles and dates on external page?

I looked for this on this forum but I wasn't able to find any relevant informations.
I would like to know how we can dynamically integrate Announcements titles and dates into any external pages? (Namely, the front page of our corporate website.)

(Note that I found in the documentation how to integrate the Domain availability form but this is not what I am looking for.)

No, in fact I am looking for a step by step describing how to configure a domain name only order form on the front page of our corporate website.

I almost found how but for an obvious reason it still refuse to consider the passed variables as a domain name only order and still propose the customer to choose for a webhosting plan.
