Image Verification when Entering New Ticket

Hi,

I'm testing WHMCS and its been up and running for 3 days. I have it set to allow unregistered users to create a ticket because I don't always like to register myself.

Anyway, I am receiving bogus spam emails that are opened as tickets. So far, in the last day I've received 5!

I think there should be image verification when entering a new ticket when allow unregistered to enter tickets is enabled.

Is this a possibility?

Hi Louise,

It's highly unlikely users submitted these spam tickets through your form. Are you sure they weren't piped in by emailing the support address?
