Server Error: Socket Connection Failed (Success)

Have looked every where for an answer but cant seem to find one

when i order a test product, in this case free hosting the order goes through but when I click on create account in admin panel I get the following error

Server Error: Socket Connection Failed (Success)

And the account is not created in whm panel

Have double checked the packages are setup correctly in whm panel and whmcs and both are the same

Any ideas, im on a trial lic at them moment but would like to sort this issue out before I buy whmcs

is the server IP and the password true on Configration/Manage Server page?

Yeah ip and pw are ok. It seems to be a time out issue on the server, I tested it with another server and works fine

Does anyone no if you can set the time out time for connection in whmcs? The server runs fine when browsing normally but when logging into whm its a little show but works ok

Check your php.ini time to check your php scripts time out times

Yep sorted it was a problem with WHM script had it re-installed on the server works fine now
