Can someone tell me what cronjobs I have to insert into Cpanel for everything to work the way it's supposed to... I didnt do the cron jobs during installation and can't seem to find which ones I have to run.
If you can please list the cron-jobs I have to run, what it does and how often it runs it would be appreciated. Thanks!
Just go to Configuration > Automation Settings in the admin area. Details can be found there.

Yeh I just did that. Thanks!
When a customer signs up I've set the package to create the account after they pay their first invoice. Is the creation of the account instant after they pay?

So this is the only cron job that i'm supposed to run?
0 9 * * * php -q /home/MyUserName/public_html/whmcs/admin/cron.php > /dev/null
There are no other cron jobs that I have to run?

Thats right,
That cron job runs other stuff, like Invoicing, Reminders, suspensions and terminations.
Hope that helps :)

Guys, since i shifted to gmail, my cron job does not work.
I have set up the smtp settings correctly, but i do not get any mails still.
any help?
thanks
Is the cron job actually working, but you're just not receiving the report email? Changing your email address in Setup > Administrators wouldn't cause the cron to stop. Check Utilities > Activity Log to make sure the cron is running.

Hi
But how do you set up the cron job to actually run automatically... I can see the line of code:
php -q C:\HostingSpaces\internal\mydomain.com\wwwroot/admin/cron.php
Cheers
