I would like to see where after a ticket has been answered like once a month, 3, 6 mo's after a ticket has been answered whmcs automaticly ask for feedback asking how did we do, etc. and have it go somewhere on WHMCs saying which employee did his jobs, etc. like percent of Execellent, Great, Good, Fair, Poor total. Also included in this feedback could they have it where either we can select where or not to have it ask after ticket is answered and/or we can choose send out email after so many days/months. I thank it would be very good. Thank you great service.

There are already feedback ratings implemented in whmcs.

Are you asking for the system to send an email asking for feedback to be given, if feedback has not been given within a certain time after the ticket response?
Example
"Thank you for using our support ticket system, we have noticed that you did not leave feedback for the response by our staff. Could we ask you to take the time and rate the response as soon as possible?
Rating our support response tickets helps us improve our service to you”

There are already feedback ratings implemented in whmcs.
This is in the form of stars.
The problem with the "Star" system, is it only rates individual replies, not the overall ticket.
