Manage Messages/Rich Text Editor

I was making sure everything in my installation worked, and found that the rich text editor does not load in my admin panel. How do I fix this?

Please email [email protected] with the ftp and login details to your WHMCS system so that we can check that you have all files uploaded correctly.
