Yes, we will integrate client area template changes but we do require you to inform us of the changes you have made.

Im not really sure how that would be done as ive customized a LOT. I would definitely want your changes implemented into my templates instead of the other way around as I have cleaned up a lot of validation and formatting issues in the original code.
