I have set up my payment gateways setup. I was able to get paypal invoices to work.

When I try to use paypal subscriptions I get this error every time.

Is the price for your initial payment "0" by chance? Paypal doesn't work with "0" value payments.

I don't know what you mean by initial payment. I do not have any of my products and services set to "0".

The most common cause of this is people enabling currency conversion on the PayPal module when they don't enter a conversion value. Check in Configuration > Payments Gateways.
