Another request -- as far as I can tell, the user is never asked to enter the registrant name. Obviously this doesn't matter if the user's name and the registrant name are identical. However, each time I get a new domain name registration request I will need to contact the client and confirm the registrant's legal name before proceeding with the registration.

Would it be possible for the "Register a New Domain" option in the ordering wizard to request the user to type in the registrant's legal name? (if the user is logged in to WHMCS it could, for example, default to their full name)

This would be helpful by saving us from registering the domain name under the wrong registrant name.

I think whmcs has this, you may need to set this up in your whmcs admin.

but i could be wrong. I have it when clients sign up.

Hi there,

WHMCS currently only asks for the clients name. However, I am a little puzzled as to why their name would be different from the name they want to register a domain in. However, the tracker is now working again so if you want to post this as a feature request on there I'll definately look into adding a field for it. Once a few more registrars have been implemented, I may make it so users can customise all the different contact informations for the domain when ordering.
