Hi everyone.

I'm wondering, how does the MB import script handle PayPal subscriptions? I did a test import using my trial license but it wouldn't allow the default gateway to be PayPal subscriptions (only PayPal Invoices). A good portion of customers have subscriptions already created and I see the instruction to change the IPN URL in PayPal to point to WHMCS, but I'm wondering how WHMCS will handle it and if I need to do anything else in WHMCS itself as far as importing with subscriptions.

Thanks in advance.

Any users who are on PayPal Subscriptions will be imported as such along with the subscription ID for their hosting account which will allow WHMCS to automatically handle the payments that occur for those accounts.

But when MB setup the PayPal subscription button it included the URL to the MB API return.

Do we have to place the WHMCS script into the same location as it was for MB?

ex: modernbill/custom_mod/paypal/return_inc.php

No, we have a custom set of callback files you can put in place of the MB ones which allows WHMCS to still track subscription payments sent to the MB callback url. This can be provided on request.

Are similar files available for WHM.AutoPilot?
