I can highly recommend servint.net if your looking for a vps, been there 2 years with NO complaints, you cant top that :) they have a great user forum, quite like ours here with several pros who can answer just about anything and their noc is great.
www.servint.net is based in the US so it may not be perfect for those of you overseas - or am i actually overseas in this group :)

one note, servint does not have a affiliate plan but they do give free months if someone refers you. if anyone does sign up, i would appreciate you indicated "traceweb" sent you. This is completely optional but appreciated.
whmcs works perfect on any of their vps plans, i use it myself on their essential plan.
