ETA for WHMCS V3?

Hi,

I'm one of those prospective clients that MUST provide customers with a Tax Invoice showing the tax included in the line items (Australian Law).

I read that a tax module will be available in V3.
I have downloaded the trial version but note that is still V2.5.8

Is there an ETA for the release of V3?
