Can I use just the billing part of WHMCS?

yes, you can set it up so that the billing is all that you use. The system can be set up to not create accounts if you desire.

Thank you for your reply but the part I was really thinking about is do I have to use the support part of the software? I have a support software already.

of course you dont have to use the support option, a lot of users dont use it as they already have a support desk like kayako.

You can edit the tpl file to show only what you want to use WHMCS for. So, if you wish to use it just for billing it would require a little bit of work, but it could be done....or you could just easily chance the hyperlink to the location of your present support system.
