Complete Customisation

Hi Guys,

I am new to forum and just wanted to find out if WHMCS can be completely customised to suite user needs, so they customers can't tell it's WHMCS that is being used? If so, is there any starter tut's for this at all? Am also wondering if WHMCS offers all the support and ticketing things like that, what would be the benefit of using Kayako software?

Hey,

Well most of the script is encoded by IonCube, so the only customisation you can do will be templates using PHP's Smarty. Which has some featuers, but its nothing like have full source code to work with...

As for Kayako software. I use them for all my support tickets. I don't even use the WHMCS support ticketing system for number of reasons. Like the fact that Kayako has a Windows WinApp client and WHMCS doesn't....
