Removing Admin Area Header

I would like to completely remove or at least close up the admin area header to like 1px. I am iframing it. The logo is out background if any is out, but can't find the css control to close up or pull out the admin (blue header area) Am I missing it or what?

No, you aren't missing anything. You can't customise the admin area like that. It is the client area that is templated. All you can change in the admin area is the menu contents, colours and logo image file.
