this might be a dumb ? but i have to asked it.

on building a custom site would it be better to build your web hosting site inside whmc or put the whmc into your site.

it is a dumb question, but it all depends what you would consider inside or outside. I for one used smarty to build my regular site, thus i was able to use WHMCS's smarty library and plugins. If your not going to use smarty, its best to build your site as normal, then integrate whmcs into the design.

I usually just do a stand alone site and then integrate the system into the design.

that is the way i wanted to do it but man hard to do i had enough problem just making the pages LOL

you can embed the whms into the hosted web site of yours.
