If you mean the WHMCS copyright, then yes, it can be removed, but you'll have to pay extra for it (a one-time fee if I'm not mistaken).

Yes, as ScarabWeb said, to remove the Copyright link there is a one time charge of $50. This is available as an addon from your client area.
