Hi,

It would be nice to have implemented:

1. Automatic notification at client signup.
2. Duplicate emails sent to administrator too (account info, payment reminder, invoice marked as paid).
3. The possibility to search by invoice number.
4. One time fee for domain registrations.

These features are extremely useful in case of manual processing, I am considering purchasing the owned license and switch from my existing platform but these are major issues stopping me for the time being. I would appreciate a clear answer regarding these points:
- if these will be implemented or not
- a timeframe for this

As far as I know, number 1 is already implemented :wink:

You can also search by order number, but that's probably not what you meant?

Hi,

As ScarabWeb has said, number 1 is already implemented. As for the other features, I can tell you number 2 will be implemented for V2.4 - that's expected to be released around the end of February. Search by invoice number is being included for V2.3 being released on 4th February and as for one time domain registrations - why would you want to do that? No domain can be paid for once and not again so I'm not sure what you are referring to here. Invoices are sent for domains as they approache their expiry date so unless you set the expiry date to a long time in the future they will be invoiced each year.

Regarding point 1, perhaps I am missing something in the configuration. Where is this being setup exactly ?

2+3. I can wait until then, no problem.

4. You are right about the domains, however, in .ro domains are one time fee. I will try to use another method for billing these.

Another suggestion: a useful feature in case of a big number of clients would be a kind o organizer (by client name, by domain name filtered by server).

I have noticed also that in the calendar, the hosting payment is marked as due even if the invoice was marked as paid and it is recorded also in the Transactions area.

Hi,

There is no configuration option for number 1. A message is sent when a client signs up to all Sales Operators and Full Admin Operators.

For your .ro domains, from the next version of WHMCS you would be able to add these as a one time cost product.

With the issue you are having with the calendar, if after an invoice is paid the hosting account is still shown as due for that date on the calendar then this means the Next Due Date has not been updated. Please contact me on [email protected] with the login details for your WHMCS system so I can look into this issue for you.

Hello,

This is quite annoying for production:

- no email is sent at client signup
- no email is sent when a trouble ticket is opened.

I have tried all combinations, using the same email address for client and admin or sales operator. No email is sent and nothing is registered in the activity log. My guess is that this is a bug.

While there are a lot of very useful functions, I am sure that you are aware about the crucial importance of email notifications.

I can confirm this is not a bug but please as stated in our email communications send me your login details so I can check the setup of your system.
