error on product add-on

Hi There,

I created a hosting plan (recurring) & add on (one time).

A user paid for both. hosting plan status was updated to paid, but add on status was still unpaid

In the transaction list, I can only see invoice for hosting plan. There is no invoice for add on.

In the transaction log. Add-on status was ERROR.

So, my order status is now Incomplete and Pending.

Can help fixing this issue?
