Cannot connect to server

Has anyone else had the following error message, and if so what was the problem?

Server Error: Could Not Connect to Server

I am trying to set up a new installation since Friday but I'm not having much luck so far.

However, not sure why you are getting this. I have had no issues with WHMCS connecting to servers when I assist in setting up. If you want assistance let me know.

Well if you are able to shed any light on the subject I would be extremely greatful.

I am also getting this message;

Automatic Setup Error: Could Not Connect to Server

Are you sure the right username and password for the server are there? The right IP? Any firewalls blocking communications perhaps?

Problem solved thanks to WHMCS support.

I had not specified the same package names in WHMCS that I had set up on WHM.
