I accept payments using WHMCS and Paypal, in which paypal is horrible at keeping my information private. This is the second time there were hundreds of dollars sent from my bank account for domain registration, web hosting, telephone cards and such in which i never purchased. I only use paypal to accept payments for my company. But this was the last straw. Does anyone know a payment system similar to Paypal, but safer that is supported by WHMCS?

Google Checkout works fine with WHMCS.
As to PayPal, I've been with them for 8 years and never had such a problem, so maybe it isn't PayPal that is at fault?

Never had a problem with Paypal myself either, but if you're looking for a different processor and don't want to use Authorize.net, then here's a few others you may want to check out:
2checkout, worldpay, bluepay, propay.

I've had good luck with AlertPay -
https://www.alertpay.com/index.aspx
They're similar to PayPal, but with some differences.

My Paypal is only connected to my WHMCS. Other than that I don't use it. The computer I use to check my paypal is my work computer in which I only use it to view my site, paypal, and my .mac account nothing else. So it can't have spyware or anything since i only visit three sites.

Well, I have been with Paypal myself for near 8 years, and the only issues I have ever had is when they take out money due to a fraud complaint when I was Ebay. Other than that Paypal is fine except for High Fees

You've checked ?
You've not fallen for a phishing scam ?
You've not left your WHMCS DB publicly accessible ?
You've looked behind your computer for the keylogger ?
etc.
This *WILL* be a problem with you not with PayPal...

dude, thats not paypals falt, they dont give out your user name and password so others can commit fraud. you either have a dictionary username and password or you got pfished or hacked.
It should be real easy to track down who used your info to buy hositng and domains, see who registered them and what they are hosting.
I have used paypal for about 8 years with absolutely NO issues.

othellotech: How do I protect my WHMCS DB. Ive done everything in the installation guide since I have had WHMCS. What else can I do to protect it. That may have been the problem still am unsure.
generic:My password are combination of lowercase, uppercase, and numbers. none of which create a word or phrase. The party who made purchases went by the name Agnivo Roy and A1 Web Hosting Solutions.

Also remember to NOT fall for all those emails that are labeled as coming from PayPal telling you that your account has been compromised. All authentic emails from PayPal will address you by the name of the account, not just a generic email. Anything else is a fake, and should be report to

^ Good policy. I make it a practice never to click on email links to financial institutions, period. Even when I'm sure it's legit, I use my bookmarks to go to my banking site (or PayPal, etc).
