Test sale with C20

Hello,

Thanks for writing such a wonderful program.

We use C20 to handle our credit cards, and they have the ability to receive test data so you can ensure everything works right. The parameter is 'demo'. Anyhow, would it be possible to have the ability to check a 'demo' box for a package, to ensure that everything is working properly? I hesitate to try with real data and spend the actual money on my packages.
