Edit admin header and title

How would I go about changing the admin header and title or can you not do that??

You cant do that. You cant change anything in the admin files.

MACscr is correct, you can't change anything in the admin files. The only thing you can do is add or edit links in the dropdown menus using the file admin/javascript/menu.js
