Import from both CE and AP - No Existing Invoices rule conflict!

Hello!

I need to import accounts from both whmautopilot and clientexec.
In readme it say as requirement:

No Existing Invoices in WHMCS

Any idea how to solve this ?

I imported all whmap accounts (very good) and now I have a lot of invoices.
Can I empty that table (if there is one) - save the data offcourse, and then
import form CE. After that I sql the whmap invoices back again ?

or maybe I can just import CE accounts anyway ?
