I can't access it either, haven't been able to all day. Tried sending my message to [email protected] but i don't know if it went through as i still haven't received a reply yet :(

I started having problems accessing it last night, and I see that it's still down.

Hi,

Yep, the upgrade to V2.5.7 took down the frontend - didn't notice it. However, any emails sent in - if you got the autoresponse containg your ticket number then your ticket has been received.

I get a response that the email is undeliverable...
