Internal Server Error but only with announcements

I have just been trialling WHMCS, all appears to work find except for when you click on announcements, all I get is an internal server error, but as I say everything else works fine, cant find a fault in any other part.

Anyone ever come across this or know whats casuing it?

Hi,

Check the permissions on the files/folder sounds like you may be running phpsuexec

Permissions are set as per install guide. phpsuexec may be running as I am simply testing on an old server, will that make a difference and is there a work around?

Try setting them to 755 also check the owner of the files if it is 755

yup, was just coming back to say that it must need 755 instead of 777. That worked, cheers.
