Customer close a support ticket

Is it possible to make a option so the customers can close a
support ticket if thay feel that it is resolved or have sent a support ticket by mistake?

no, i looked and i cannot find this feature either. They can RE-OPEN a ticket but cannot CLOSE a ticket.
